The Much awiated and contversial Commonwealth games began with a big opening ceremony in New Delhi on 3rd Oct 2010. Each and everyone is excited to know how their respective country or players are doing. The opening day Australia was on top with 6 medals in its kitty. on 2nd day india got 2 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals.

There are 17 sports planned for the 2010 Commonwealth Games. Here’s a gallery of the best of the first day’s action at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.

One of the beauties of the Commonwealth Games is the chance for the tiny nations to compete with bigger nations and players
